Do you offer custom size models?
- Yes, please contact us and we'd be happy to work with you.
Are EO shipping containers easy to dispose of?
- Yes, it is two corrugated shipping containers.
Is shipping included?
- Yes, free shipping is included within the Continental US for the Basic and Standard structures.
Do you offer an installation and removal service?
- Yes, we do. It is called our "White Glove Service" this includes; delivery installation and haul away of packing materials.
Do EO models ship with flooring?
- No. However, when you place an order you choose what type of foundation you will be setting your EO model on and our team will ship the correct mounting hardware with your kit.
Is there a Terms of Service Agreement?
- Yes, it is available to read during the checkout process before an order is placed.
What happens after my order is placed?
- Once your order is received, a Sales Representative will contact you to set up a time to deliver your structure any time after the designated 18 business day build time.
Can I submit a contact form to inquire about ordering or do I have to purchase online first?
- We encourage anyone with a question to utilize our chat box option or submit a request form. The request form will allow you to be put in touch with a Sales Representative who can guide you throughout the entire process.
Can I eventually add onto or replace EO components?
- Yes, multiple configurations can be added to the existing components or taken off if desired.
What is your standard lead-time for an EO structure?
- 18 business days from order confirmation.
Does an EO structure require a permit?
- In most locales where 100 SQF is the permit exempt limit, you will not need a permit.
- We recommend to verify this with your local building authority prior to ordering.
- We will not be held responsible for any permit requirements.
How will a structure be delivered to my residence?
- We bring it curbside or building site as long as there is a safe road.
What are your recommendations for hanging, ie. plants, fans, lights, from the ceiling structure?
- Main structure is all fabricated in aluminum 1/8' thick wall, self tapping screws or through bolted based on fixture weight.
Are custom structure colors available?
- Yes, standard kits come in three color options.
- Custom colors are available upon request for additional charge.
